Development

Solid Rock Ranch has been developed on a 25 acre site located near the intersection of Hans and Thompson Road, in Nipomo, California. Development of Solid Rock Ranch is being completed in a series of construction phases. The building goal for each phase has been outlined below.

Phase II

· One residential home - Completed
· Horse and livestock facilities - Completed
· Sport court - (to be constructed 2007)
· One garage / shop building - Completed
· Orchard - Completed

Phase III

· Second residential home - Completed
· Baseball field - Completed
· Multi Purpose Building - (to be constructed 2007)

A total of two, two story, ranch style residential homes have been constructed on the 25 acre ranch. Each home is approximately 3900 square feet. The homes provide living space for the foster parents and six children. Two children share each bedroom and also share a study for home work and a play room to have fun.

A multipurpose building will be constructed near the center of the ranch. It will include office space, game room, conference room, kitchen, loft and large multipurpose room. This building will act as the central assembly point for ranch activities and services.
